My friends at Crossrail recently finished the structural building work of the Tunnelling and Underground Construction Academy (TUCA) and welcomed its first ever students last week!

I was up early on Saturday as I’d promised Granny Chanel that I’d take her to Burrow Market near London Bridge. Burrow Market is an amazing food market that sells lots of delicious cakes, meat, vegetables and snacks.

Nesting season

UK birds tend to make nests and lay eggs between the months of March and August.

With ‘nesting season’ now in full swing, everyone working on Crossrail worksites has been told to keep an eye out for nests to make sure that none get damaged.
